that all books, records and accounts pertaininq to the facility
known as Ocean View Apartments are available, and (2) shall produce
all of said documents for inspection and audit by the Department
of Revenue-at either the business premises,. 511 South Ocean Drive,
_ ,
Ft. Pierce, or-at the Department of Revenue's aforementioned ,
office at 1407 Oranqe Avenue, Ft. Pierce, as Defendant may elect.
B. Should said Defendant fail to both notify the
Plaintiff and produce all books, records and accounts pertaining
to the facility known as Ocean View Apartments for inspection
and audit by the Department of Revenue within a period of thirty
days from the date of execution of this order, the said Defendant,
W.E. Teschner, shall stand in contempt of this Court and shall
forthwith be delivered to the St. Lucie~County Sheriff for incar-
ceration in the county jail for a period of six months.
