THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the l7th day of
April, on Plaintiff's Motion to Stay Discovery and Defendants'
Motions to Compel Answers to the Interrogatories served on
the 26th of January and 21st of February, 1978. The Court
having heard the argument of counsel, and finding that Plain-
tiffs did not serve Objections to the Interrogatories within
the time require~ by the florida Rules of Civil Procedure,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is .
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

; the same is hereby denied.
