FINAL JUDGMENT
OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial on April 18, 1978, and the
Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and the subjec~ matter of this suit; That the relation of Husband
and Wife now exists between the parties; and, That the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
.solved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows~:
(1) The marriage between EDWARD KELLER MILLS and DONNA
KAY MILLS be and the same is hereby dissoZved, and the parties and
each of them are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existing.between them and from the obligations arising there-
from.
(2) Custodq of PATRICIA MILLS, minor chi2d of the parties,
is hereby awarded to the Wife, DONNA KAY MILLS, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to the Husband, EDWARD KELLER MILLS. ~
(3) Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto,
is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper:~
ORDER.~D and Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida,
this 8Zf day of April, 1978.
