WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County
St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the bud,
from the Florida Department of Transportation in form of a $56,000 grant for
Improvement Grant.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners ¢
in meeting assembled this 22nd day of May, 2001, pursuant to Section 129.06
funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-01, and the County's buc
follows:
