' Husband objecting to the Court considering any matters other than.
the Order which was to have been entered following the hearing on
i the 14th day of March, 1978 which, in fact, was not heard until ;

said objec~ions, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows, to wit:

1. That Fred T. Gallagher, as a~torney for Wife, shall

file an appropriate Motion with the Court and have a copy hand ;

. delivered to opposing counsel pertaining to his request that~the '
Court extend the time limitation as set forth in Paragraph 10
of the Property Settlement Agreement heretofore admitted into ;

2. That the Court hereby sets the time of 9:00 a.m. on i
