REV. DAVID H. SCHMID, as personal representative of the
Estate of Arnold Joel Nelson, deceased, a/k/a ARNOLD J. NELSON,
and surviving spouse of Helen D. Nelson, deceased, Party of the

WITNESSETH:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Power of Sale contained
in the Last Will and Testament of Arnold Joel Nelson, deceased, as filed
in the Probare Division of the Circuit Court, Broward County, Florida,
File #77-2534, hereby ~rants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and
assigns forever, an undivided one-hal~ interest in that certain real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as fol lows :

a An undivided one-half interest in an unimproved Iot with a

Lot 5 in Block 61 of Port St. Lucie, Section 25, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 13, Pages 32 and 32A through 32I inclusive,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

a Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations,
. easements and limitations of record, and taxes for
the year 1978 and subsequent years.

TOGETHER with alI and singular tfie tenements, hereditaments and appurt-
enances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AIZD TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second Part, their
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND, The Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Parties
of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about this conveyance, the orders of the
above named Court, and the laws of the State of Florida have been
foZlowed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part, as personal representa-
tive of the Estate af Arnold Joel Nelson, deceased, has set his hand
and seal on the day and year first above written.
