~ on Plaintiff's Motion for Further Discovery and Defendant's
Motion for Protective Order, ~nd upon Plaintiff's Mot~on to

plead ings , it is : .
Ordered that Plaintiff's Motion for Further Dis-
covery is granted. Plaintiff maq .depose Defendants~ ap-
pra iser as to severence dsmages . PIa intiff having cance lled
its notice for deposition of Mrs. Foote, that matter is
moot. Defendants' Motion for Protective Order is granted
except as stated above. It is further:
~ Ordered that the parties may, but not must, take
the deposition of Richard S. or Sarah S. Denmark, now resi-
dent outs ide Florida , bq te lephone . But e ither party or
both may have counsel present at the site where the witness
is deposed and shall not be precluded from doing so.
