THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 26th day of April,
1975, and the Court having given full consid~eration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and ~~ife now exists between the parties; and the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably ~roken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDER.ED AND ADJUDGED that the marriage between HELEI~
PROCINO and J0~-:N P. PROCINO be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of the~ are forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising there£rom. .
