TEMPORARY ORDER
This matter came on for a Hearing this 28th day of April, 1978
upon a petition for temporary relief filed by the Wife. Both parties
were be~ore the Court and the Court, after having heard testimony,
finds and determines that the Wife is without sufficient funds to
post a bond, and the Court, being otherwise advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
~RDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. TEMPORARY POSSESSION. That the Wife shall have temporary
and exclusive possession of the home, pendente lite, and the Husband
is hereby ordered to remove himself and his personal possession
to include a stereo set with speakers by 5:00 P.M., Saturday,
April 29, 1g78.
2. RESTR.AINING ORDER. The Husband or the Wife is hereby
enjoined and restrained from harrassing, molesting or otherwise
bothering the other in any manner,either directly or indirectly.
That either party.violating this Order shall be.forthwith
taken into custody by any of the singular Sheriffs of St. Lucie
County and be committed to the County Jail of St. Lucie County.
without further Order of this Court.
3• JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause is hereby
retained until further Order of the Court.
