shall remain in full force and effect. This Court shall retain
jurisdiction over the parties anti the subject matter for entry
of such further decrees and Orders as this Court raay deem just.
FURTHER, this Court having reviewed previous matters in _
this cause, finds that the tiusband is in arrears of previously
Ordered child support. Therefore, the Husband, HERBERT E.
YANCY, JR., is Ordered Co pay to the Wife,~PENNY GORE, f/k/a
PENNY K. YAIICY, the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars per week through ~
the Clerk of this Court as payment of arrears. The payment shall
be made in the same method as previously Ordered by this Court,
with the additional provision that the Clerk's Office may charge
a~ao ($2.00) Dollar fee for each payment rather than the pre-
viously Ordered One ($1.00) Dollar fee. All other provisions of
this Court's decree dated June 2b, 1974, consistent with this
Order of t4odification shall remain in full force and effect.
FURTHER, the Clerk of this Court is hereby Ordered to seal
this file until May l, 1998, or until further Order of this Court.
