This cause coming on to be heard upon an Agreement entered
into between the parties on April 5, 1978 and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fallows:
1. The Agreement admitted into evidenee is hereby incorporated ~
~ herein ay reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
' provisions thereof.

~ shall pay to KATHLEEN H. McMANUS SNYDER the sum of $100 each and
