E~~fi ~~L(T COUn - :-i~ M~~r I 3~ I PH'~R AMF.NDED ORDER 'I'~iIS CAUSE was auly presented by the Office of State Attorney, Nine- teenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, aTl(1 tCle l(eS~IluClli, ,iavlii~, v~~ia f~i: Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is, ORDERED AND AANDGF.D that the Respvndent pay to the Petitioner for the~ benefit of ERIC TOPOLSKI, born 2/7~72; I~tISTF.N TOPOISKI, born 9/9/7~; and TROY TOPOISKI, born 9/22/75; minor childrer~, the sum of $60.00 per week, plus $5.00 per week to be applied to arrears of ~1,058.00 as of 4/2I/78; plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing E ~ . ~ support payments. These payments are to begin.on the first day of May, 1978, I t and thereafter on I~bnday of each and every week; that said payments shall be ~ made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to~the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Cotmty, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 323U1, for transmittal to the State of Pennsylvania as long as the case is certifieci as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Depaxtment of tiealth Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then fot~rard all support to: l.uzerne County Probation Office, Room 4, Courthouse, Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania 18711. IT IS IUIri7~R ORDERED AND AQJUDGED that Respondent shall be grantecl reasonable rights of visitation with the minor children and failure of the Petitioner to grant same, upon Respondent`s compliance with the ternis o£ this Order, may result in tern?ination of child support payments. This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of eriforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may be deemed equitable.
