THIS MATTER having corie on to be heard on the lSth day of
t4arch, 1978, Pursuant to Notice of Election to Pursue Education
by Wife by enrolling in the vocational school known as Meredith
Manor in Waverly, ~~est Virginia, for the school term commencing
on the llth dav of March, 1978 and continuing for 36 weeks thereafter
for the course entitled "Super Schedule Riding Master Course of
~ March 1978 - English Major", and the Court having considered said
j election and the evidence submitted by the parties thereto, and
~ after hearing argument of counsel finds that pursuant to paragraph
~

~ 10 of the Senaration and Property SEttlement Agreement incorporated
~
~
~ by reference in the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage
~
~ entered in the above entitled cause on the 10~h day of December,

g 1975, the Wife's election to take the super course is within the
~
~ terms of "normal" in said Agreement in that normal only applies to
~
~
less than normal and the Husba*~d is obligated to provide the
~
necessary funds for the Wife to enroll in said co~srse, and being
~ -
otherwise fully advised in the nremises, it is thereupon
ORDERED A:VD ADJUnGED as follows , to-cait :
1. That the Husband be, and the same is, hereby required to
`',7 provide the necessary funds for jdife to attend *ieredith Manor for
study in the course known as "Super Schedule Ridin~ Master Course
- of March 1978 - English Major". Husband shall make the necessary
financial arrangements with the school for Wif_e's attendance of
this course.
