RICHARD FRANK WOLF, Husband,
and
KAREN RAE WOLF, Wife.
ORDER
- This cause having come on for hearing upon the Husband's
Motion to Modify Final Judgment, the parties having agreed
upon a modification, and the Court being otherwise duly advised,
it is thereupon, _
QRDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Child support, payable by the Husband to the Wife,
hPrehv mndified nunc pro tunc April 23, 1978, and for a
period of twelve (12) months thereafter, the Husband shall
pay to the Wife the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each

~ and every month for the support of the minor chzld, LISA GAIL
WOLF.
Thereafter, the amount of child support shall revert to
and be the same as in the final judgment dated June 3, 1977.
As of April 23., 1978, there was due and owing the sum of Five
Hundred Twenty Dollars ($520.00) for chiZd support.
2. The Wife shall not initiate any action to enforce or
collect the aforesaid back child support for the duration of
one (1) year. Thereafter, the Husband shall pay said arrearage
in a reasonable amount, along with the regular support payments.
3. Paragraph nine of the Final Judgment be and the same
is hereby reitterated to the effect the Husband is required to
pay for reasonable medical expenses of the minor children, and
to maintain a health insurance policy covering the said minor
children.
