'I7-iIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 25th day of April,
1978, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent having been present in
Court and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, ,
ADJUDGED that I~ON.4RD DUANE M~RGAtv had the financial ability to
pay the stuns hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of willful
contempt_of this Court for his willful faiZure to pay support payments as
dire:.ted by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached hereto and
by reference made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED AND ADJUD(~D that as pwiishment for contempt LEONARD DUA,vE
I~1~RGAN is hereby sentenceci'to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, conmencing on the first day of A~ugust, 1978, or as
soon thereafter as he may be foi.md.
PROVIDED, HOIV~YER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $375.00 (arrears) due ~s
of the 25th day of April, 1978, to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this County,

together with costs of his arrest. You and your duly authorized deputies are
therefore,

the said LEC~.~'~RD DUA,~ MORGAN on the said date anc~ deliver him to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie Cot.aity, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment

notified of his arrest.
