. ORDER ON RIJI.E 'PO SHOW CAUSE AND ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before t;ie Court on the 25th day of
April, 1978, on Petitioner's Rule to Show Cause and Respondent having been
present in Court and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
AD.IUDGF.D that ROY S. FiOUSEW~ORT~-I had the financia.t ability to
pay the sim~s hereinafter referred to and is naw adjudged guilty of willful
contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments as

; directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached hereto

and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
~ ORDERED AND ADJIJD(~.D that as pi.uiistunent for contempt ROY S.
; HOUSEi~RTH is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie

Coi.mty Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, comnencing on the first day of August, .
1978, or as soon thereafter as he may be fou~d.
PROVIDID, HOW~1/ER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceratian) ancl be released by paying the slsn of $245.00 to the Clerk of
Circu~t Court of this Cotmty, together with costs of his arrest. You
and your duly authoxized deputies are therefore,
ALL ~WD SINQJLAR OF 'IT-~ Sl-(ERIFFS are directed to take into
custody the said ROY S. HOUSEWORTH on the said date and deliver him to
the 5heriff of St. Lucie Cotmty, Florida, for the execution of the above
descri~bed judgment and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this
Court shall be prcxnptly notified of his arrest.
IT IS FUIrI4~R ORDERED A1VD AD~TUD(~D that Respondent shall continue
to pay to the Petitioner the swn of $35.00 per week, plus $5.00 per week which
shall be applied toward the balance of arrears in the swn of $525.00, plus
