HomeMy WebLinkAbout0183 an additional ~2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing
support payments. These payments are to begin on the first day of May, 1978,
and thereafter on Monday of each and every week; that said payments shall be
made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit
the said payments to: Clerk of Courts, Cowrt of Co~anon Pleas, Mercer County,
Celina, Ohio 45822.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further orciers as may
be deemed equitable.
DONE AND ORDERED at Furt Pierce, Florida, on the day
of April, 1978. '
