present in Court and the Court being fully adviseci in the premises, it is,

pay the swns hereinafter referred to and is naw adjudged guilty of willful
contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay suppart payments as °
directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached hereto

and by reference made a part hereof. It is, ~
i ORDERED ANU AD~UDGED that as punist~nent for contempt DAN JOi~S,

JR. is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, corrmencing on the first ciay of July, 1978, or
as soon thereafter as he may be found.
PROVIDID, HOIVEVER, he may purge himself (either before or
after incarceration) and be released by paying the swn of ~276.Q0(arrears)
due as of the 25th ciay of April, 1978, to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this
County, tagether with costs of his arrest. You and your duly autliorized
deputies are therefore,

custody the said DAIv JONES, JR. on the said date and deliver him to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie Coi.utty, Florida, for the exeeution of the above described
