'I~iIS CAUSE having come before the Court for further heari.ng and
the Respondent having been present in Court, and the Court being a3vised in
the premises, it is,
ORDERED A?~iD ADJiIDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner
for the benefit of GEORGEAMV 1~OR1~fAN, born May 14, 1964; iVILLIAM WORI~fAN, born -
Septanber 3, 1965; and JER~2+lY WORMAN, born September 6, 1971; minor children
the swn of $5.00 per week, plus an additional $2.00 for payment of Clerk's fee
- for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin
on the first day of May, 1978, and thereafter on Monday of each and every week;
that said payrnents shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal
; money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,

~ P. 0. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the

~ said payments to: Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood ~3oulevard,

~ Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the State of Pennsylvania as

~ long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives
~

~ notification by the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services that
~
~
~ the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then fon~rard all support to:
~ Domestic Relations Probation Office, Northampton Coimty Courthouse, Easton,
~ Pennsylvania 18042.
IT IS ~TJR'I'f~R ORDERED A1~I1D AD~JLIDt~~ that Respondent shall have the

~ right to contact his children by telephone on the first Stmday of each month

at 7:Q0 P. ~1. and it shall be the responsibility of Petitioner to have the
children available to receive said phone call.
