advances on acaount of said originsl note together with such additional advances in a sum in excess of

incorpwated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
St~tutes, in Official Record Book _1.38, pages >>~2~118of the publit ~eaords of _St~_ Lucie_Co._~ Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All right: and obligations under this ~mortga~e shal) extend to and be binding upon the respective
Mir:, executors, administrators, successors artd assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
