LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC.,
by Indenture.of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of September A.D.
1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Fiorida, in Official
Record Book 206, Page 2585, granted and conveyed unto NEW JERSEY
REALTY MORTGAGE COMPANY, a New Jersey Corporation and assigns, the
premises therein particiularly described, to secure the payment of the
sum of TW4 MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as therein
mentionecl, as modified pursuant to a Mor~qage Extension Agreement
including George A. Costa and Lucille V. Casta, his wife, dated
November 26, 1973, recorded at Official Records Book 222, Page 82I,
as modified again pursuant to a Mortgage Modification, Consolidation
and Extension Agreement, dated June 10, 1977, recorded at O£ficial
Records Book 274, Page 2297, aIl of which recordings were in Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND WHEREAS, MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association,
is now the owner and holder of said mortgage
AND WHEREAS, LUCILLE V. COSTA, is now owner of the property described
in said mortgage and has requested the said MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK
to release the premises hereinafter described, bein~ part of said
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
N0~4 THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, as
well in consideration of.the premises; the sum~of one dollar and
other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid
by the sa'id LUCILLE V. COSTA at the time of the execution hereof, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said .
mortgage unto the said LUCILLE V. COSTA, her heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises
conveyed by said mortgage * to wit:

SUBDIVISION and the East 10 feet of a
vacated alley adjacent thereto on the West

SUBJECT TO the following: ~
.MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, reserves unto itself and its successors,
assigns, lessees and invitees until such time as the mortgage
referred to herein is satisfied in full, over the property
being released herein, all rights, interest and benefits, to the
party walls, covenants, restrictions, servitudes, conditions,
reservations and easements subjected to said property by virtue
of that certain Declaration of Party Walls, Restrietions,
Reservations, EaseMents and Protective Covenants, recorded on
January 3, 1978, at Official Record Book 279, Pages 2483 - 2549 -A
