Before me, the undersigned authority,_personally appeared
GAY TIMON, who, being duly sworn, saXs that she is the Secretary-
Treasurer of STUART, PAINT & SUPPLY,IldC., the Lienor herein, whose
address is Post Office Box 67, Stuart, Florida 33494, and that in
pursuance of a contract with PIONEER CONSTRUCTION, INC., Lienor
furnished labor, services or materials consisting of building materials,
hardware, and other.materials for improvement of the following _
described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~
Lot 15, Block 584, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 13, '
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 4, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
; Said property being awned at the time of contract by PIONEER

' CONSTRUCTION, INC., and that there remains unpaid for said labor,~
services, or materials, the sum of Eight Hundred Ten ($810.58) Dollars
i
~ and Fifty-Eight Cents, and that the Lienor furnished the first of
~ the said labor, services, or materials on December 28, 1977, and the
~
last of same on February 8, 1978. The Lienor being in
privity with the owner, has not served a notice to owner.
