Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
GAY TIMON, who, being duly sworn, says that she is the Secretary-
Treasurer of STUART, PAINT & SUPPLY, INC., the Lienor herein, whose
address is Post Office Box 67, Stuart, Florida 33494, and that in
pursuance of a contract with PIONEER CONSTRUCTION, INC., Lienor -
furnished labor, services or materials consisting of building materials,
hardware, and other materials for improvement of the following
described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 13, B10Ck 584, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 13,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 4, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Said property being owned at the time of contract by PIONEER
CONSTRUCTION, INC., and that there remains unpaid for said labor,
services, or materials, the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety-
Eight ($2,198.05) Dollars and Five Cents, and that the Lienor furnished
. the first of the said labor, services, or materials on December 28,
1977, and the last of same on February 2, 1978. The Lienor being in
privity with the owner, has not served a notice to owner.
