- IT IS MUTUALLY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request ~
of the Mortgagor. the Mortgagee may hereafter; at its option, at anytime within ten (10) qears from the date ~ r
hereof and before full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby~ make further~advances to the Mortga- f
~ gor and any such further advances. with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an
additional note then unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured bq this ~aortgage may de-
l crease or increase from.time to time, but the total unpaid balance ao secured at anq one timt shall aot ezceed the

maximum principal aum of $1. Q~D, ~Q~- tog~ther with. interest thereon and any and all disburaementa made
~ by the Mortgagee for the payanent of ta~ces, levies, or ir.surance on the property covered by the lien of this

for reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred in the collectior: of any or all of sueh sums of money.
