on said right-of-way a distance of 140 feet to a point of curvature .
being concave to the right and having a 50 foot radius; thence run
Northeasterly on said curve a distance of 79.01 feet to a point of
termiriation; thence run East a distance of 116 feet to the intersect~ion
of the South right-of-way line of said 9th Lane and the West right-
of-way line of Clemens (43rd) Avenue; thence run South on the West
right-of-way line of Clemens A venue a distance of 190 feet to the
concrete monument; thence run East a distance of 15 feet; thence
