ORDER
This cause having come on to be heard upon the Motion to
Dismiss filed by the Respo?~dent in this cause, and the Court,
after considering the arguments of counsel and the motion and
affidavits filed in this cause, finds that:
1. The Petitioner is now a resident of the state of
New Hampshire.
2. The Petitioning state is Massachusetts.
3. Section 6 of Chapter 273A of the General Laws of
Massachusetts, as attached to the petition in this cause, shows
that the obligee petitioner must be an inhabitant or a resident
of the state of Massachusetts in order to bring a petition into

the Petitioning Court. -
4. The Petitioner obligee may institute proceedings under
the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act in the state
of her domici]e. -
5. This Court no longer retains jurisdiction in this
cause.
AOJUDGED that the Petition in this ca~se is hereby
dismissed.
