O R D E R ~
THIS CAUSE having cone on to be heard upon~the
Husband's Motion for Amendment to the Final Judgment,
Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court having considered
~
the same, hearing the testimony of Frank Nemec and Gina
Louise Nemec, and being otherwise fully advised in the,
, .
premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment, Dissolution
; of Marriage entered on the 17th dayof January, 1977,
be and the same is hereby amended as to Paragraphs 2 and 3,
to read as follows: ~
~ "2. Custody of GINA LOUISE NEMEC, minor
child of the parties is hereby awarded to
FRANK K. NEMEC, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to PHYLLIS C. NEMEC, and
custody of MARIE VICTORIA NEMEC, minor child
of the parties is hereby awarded to PHYLLIS
C. NEMEC, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to FRANK K. NEMEC."
°3. Commencing the 31st day of May, 1978, ~
FRANK K. NEMEC, shall pay to PHYLLIS C. NEMEC,
the sum of $100.00 each and every month for ,
the support of the child named above until
such time as FRANK K. NEMEC obtains employment ~
as an electrical lineman at which time the
payments shall increase to $150.00 per month
for the minor child, said payments to be
made through the Clerk of the Circuit Court -
of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with
a$2.00 statutory fee for the Clerk, said
payments to be made in cash, certified check
or cashier's check." ' z
