IN RE: The Marriage of
JESSE DAKE, Husband,
and
HELEN DAKE, Wife.
ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon the Husband's
petition for entry of an Order restraining the Wife from
removing the minor child of the parties from the State of
Florida pending a hearing on the Husband's petition for
modification of child custody, the Husband having been
present in Court and represented by counsel and the Wife
having been duly served with notice of the hearing, and
the Court.being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife, HELEN DAKE, be and she is hereby
restrained and prohibited from removing the minor child of ;
the parties, KELLY DELANE DAKE, from the State of Florida
pending a hearing on the Husband's petition for modification
of child custody.
2. That all and singular of the Sheriffs of the State
of Florida are hereby instructed to enforce this Restraining
Order.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
