Plaintiff having moved the court for an order directing
the clerk of the court to issue a commission to take a deposition
out-of-state, and it appearing to the court that the same is necessary
or convenient for the prosecution of this action, it is
ORDERED, that the clerk shall issue a commission to:
Miss Beverly Randolph and Mrs. Virginia Stone (d/b/a Rand-Stone
.Court Reporting) P. O. Box 482, Route 12 Greenbriar, Crossville,
Tennessee 38555, authorizing them to take the deposition of Richard S.

Denmark and/or Sarah S. Denmark, Route 4, Box 50, Knights Chapel Road,

` Cookeville, Tennessee 38501, at the offices of Elmer D. Langford,

~ Attorney, Langford-Mitchell Building, 18 North Jefferson Avenue,
~ Cookeville, Tennessee 38501, upon oral examination by counsel for

~ the respective parties, and it is further

~ ORDERED, that counsel for the respective parties shall be
~ notified in writing of the time and place of examination, and that

~ the testimony given thereat shall be reduced to writing, signed by
