Court that the defendants failed to answer or otherwise plead in this
cause and upon the Affidavit of the sums owed and t~totion of plaintiff,
the Court finds that the plaintiff is entitled to a Judgment and being
fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED, and ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, WALKER
PRODUCE, INC., have and recover of an~ from the defendants, OCEAN YILLAGE
INN and/or NORMAN ANDERSON, jointly and severa~ly for the sum of ~4,286.35
