and
DORIS L. BELLAMY, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 26th day of April,
A. D. 1978, and the Court having given full consideration to
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LEROY
BELLAMY and DORIS L. BELLAMY be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom. _
2. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. Commencing the day

of ~1~ , 1978, and continuing for a period of
two (2) y al'rs, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of

$35.00 per~week. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum-of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both parties are ~
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
3. -LUMP SUM ALIMONY. The Wife is hereby awarded the
Husband's interest in the marital home described as follows:
Lot 15, Block 4, IRENE PLAZA, as per Plat thereof
