and the Husband shall convey to the Wife by quitclaim deed his
interest therein. In the event the Husband fails to execute the
above-mentioned quitclaim deed within thirty (30) days from the
date hereof, title to the above-described real property shall
pass by virtue of this Final Judgment.
It is further ordered that the Husband shall be allowed ~
to reside in the marital home located on the above-described
real property for a period of seventy-five (75) days from the .
date hereof.
4. MARITAL DEBTS. The Husband shall be required to pay
all mortgage payments and debts incurred on behalf of the marital
home that are due and payable through the date hereof, and the
Wife shall be responsible for all future mortgage payments and
expenses on the home.
5. ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the
~ sum of $500.00 to be a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney
~ for his services herein, in addition to costs in the a~ount of
~ $45.00, which total sum shall be paid by the Husband at the rate -
~
of $100.00 per month, commencing on the ~J~) day of. May, 1978, _
with the same similar payment on the ih.G day of each succeeding
month until paid in full; said sum to.be paid directly to the
Wife's attorney.
6. PERSONAL PROPERTY. The oral stipulation made between
the parties at the final hearing as to furniture, furnishings and
~ other personal property, is hereby recognized, and each party is
~ awarded the respective items set forth therein. The Wife is awarded
~ ~
the permanent possession and ownership of the 1974 Volkswagon
~ automobile as partial lump sum alimony, and the.Husband shall execute
~
~ the appropriate documents to effect transfer of title to said
~
~ vehicle to the Wife.
' 7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
