THE SUM OF TEN TNOUSAND AND QO/lOQ DOLLARS
with interest from date at the rate of 9 1/Q ~ per annum, in monthly instalments
as follows, ~208.80 on the 15th day of May, 1978 and a like sum on the correspond-
ing day of each like succeeding period thereafter until the whole be fuily paid.
Each instatment first sha71 be appiied in payment of the interest and then
on the unpaid balance of the prin~ipal sum. If default is made in the payment
of any instalment when due, than at the option of the holder, and, without
any other notice, all the remaining insta]ments shall be due and payable at once.
This note may be prepaid in whole or -in part after one year from the date hereof
upon payment of a penalty equivalent to 9 1/4 % of the principal sum pre-paid.
Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder hereof after any default,.in
~any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. .

Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives
demand, presentment, protest and notice of protest for nonpayment, and further
agrees to any extension af time of payment, either before or after maturity, ~rith-
~ out notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a
reasonable attorney's fee in the event of any_default hereunder, and hereby
several]y waives all benefit of homestead and exemption under the consitution
and laws of each State of the United States, as against the obligation or any
extension or renewal hereof.
