Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
SYLVIA J. STAMM and THOMAS WATTS, JR „
who being first duly sworn, depose and say:
1) That they were the witnesses and Sylvia J. Staaaa~ the Notary, to
that certain deed recorded December 10, 1973, in O. R. Book 221,
+ Page 2082, of the public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida,
covering the following described property, to-wit:
Lots 20 and 21, Block 109, PORT ST, LUCIE SECTION
'IWBNTY-SEVEN, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in plat book 14, pages 5 and SA thru SI,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2) That they did see the preparation of the deed and that to the best

were the Grantors in that deed and William F, Easterling II and
Treva D. Easterling were the Grantees and
3) That the signing in the witness portion of the deed was a mistake
and they intended to b,e the Grantors and not witnesses on the deed.
