option is exercised by the Buyers (Lessees), said Buyers shall receive
credit towards their down payment of the purchase described herein
in an amount equal to one-half of the monies paid as rent to the
date of the exercise of said option.
In ~he event the Lessees exercise the option described
hereunder, the Lessors hereby agree to pay to Welcome Center Real
Estate, Inc. a com~nission for professional sales services in an amount
equal to six (6) percent of the total saies price.
~0. BINDING EFFECT. The covenants and conditions herein
contained shall apply to and bind the heirs, legal representatives,
and assigns of the parties hereto, and all covenants are to be con-
strued as conditions of this Lease. By mutual agreement of the Lessors
and Lessees hereunder, this document shall be recorded in the Public
Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
