the ~(~day of t'nAy , 19~g , at public auction for cash
to the highest and best bidder at the ~sT door of the
County Courthouse in the City of gt, pierce , County of
St. Lucie , Florida, to satisfy this judgment in the manner
and according to the procedure provided by Florida Statutes, pro-
vided, however, that.the Plaintiff may bid at such sale and shall
be given credit against such bid up to the amount due the Plaintiff
under this Final Judgment in lieu of cash.
7. That out of the proceeds arising from the sale of the
property herein ordered to be sold, the Clerk shall retain his fee
and shall pay to the attorney for the Plaintiff the attorneys' fee
herein allowed; that out of the remainder of the said proceeds as
far as the same shall apply, there shall be paid to the Plaintiff
herein the sums heretofore provided together with costs of this suit
advanced by the Plaintiff, and if said property shall sell for more
than enough to pay the Plaintiff the aforesaid sum with interest

E thereon, the Clerk shall report said overplus to this Court for the

~ Court's further drder; that in the event the amount realized at such
~

~ sale be insufficient to pay~the total of the several amounts herein
~
a ordered to be paid, the Clerk shall report such deficiency to this

~ ' Court for such further orders as the Court shall deem proper.
~ 8. That upon the sale being had in accordance with Florida
~
~
Statutes, and upon the Clerk filing the Certificate of Sale, and.upon
~
~ the Clerk filing the Certificate of Title as provided by law, the
~
~
sale shall stand confirmed and the Defendants and all persons claim-
~
5 ing by, through and under them shall be forever barred and foreclosed
~s .
of any and all equity or right of redemption in and to the above de-
~ scribed property, and the purchaser at said sale or the purchasers,
~ _
their heirs, representatives, successors or assigns shall without
_ delay be let into possession of the said premises so conveyed.
