Commencing at the point of intersection of the East right '
of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company right
of way with the South line of the South 200 feet of the
North 380 feet of that part of Section4, Township 37 South,
Range 41 East, described by deed filed for record in Deed
Book 149, page 73, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
thence run Northerly along the East right of way line of
Florida East Coast Railway a distance of 101.89 feet;.thence
run North 61°30' East a distance of 426 feet; thence run
Southerly parallel to the East right of way line of said
Florida East Coast Railway~101.89 feet to a point 426 feet
East of said right of way line; thence run Westerly 426 feet
to the point of beginning;
An easement in commnon with others for ingress, egress and
access over that portion of the South 30 feet of the Narth 115
feet of that part of the Southerly 200 feet of the Northerly
380 feet of the tract of land described in Deed Book 149, at
page 73, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
located in Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, which
lies between Indian River D~ive right-of-way and the East line
and Northerly extension of said East line of that parcel of
property described in Warranty Deed from Stinson to Martz and
recorded in Official Records Book 199, page 2391, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records. A portion of said 30 foot
