marriage, alimony, attorneys' fees and costs, and to decree that
the Wife has a.special equity or interest in the hereinafter
described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 16, Block 270, Port St. Lucie Section 6,
; as reeorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 36A through E
; 36D, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida :
