SCHEDULE "A" - LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that part of the following described real property situate,
lying and being Westerly of the main stream of the North fork of
the St. Lucie River: The North 300 feet of the North 1/2 of the
South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4, and the South 100 feet of the South
1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4, of Section 4, Township
36 South, Range 40 East.
The subject property shall be used for single family residential
use only, and this restriction shall be a covenant running with the
land, and said restriction shall expire 20 years from the date of
this instrument.
