St. Lucie County, FZorida, as amended by instnanents recorded in Official Records Book*
Articles of Incoxporation, By-Lak-s and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease, as recorded
in Official Records Iiook lgg , Page 37 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, described in the ~oregoing H'arranty Deed; understands that each and every
provision of the foregoing docwnents is made for the benefit of all owners of the
Condomini~n and is essential to the successful operation and management of said
Condominium property; covenants for himself, heirs, successors and assigns foxever to
abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-
Laws and the Ninety-I~'ine Year Lease Agreement; and further agrees to pay the hi~rtgage,
if any, described in the foregoing Deed; ~Yantee (s) further consent (s) that the un-
dir-ided share and certain interest in the Condomini~ property and in the comaon ele-
ments appurtenant tQ the Condominiwn unit herein conveyed, and the proportional share
