KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WE, SIMON JOHN MCPHERSON, of the Town of Avon,
County of Hartford and State of Connecticut, MARTHA NUNN, Of
the Town of Columbia, State of Maryland, and JOAN MCPHERSON
BLANKENSHIP of the Town of Barnet, Vermont, the owners and holderg
of a certain mortgage deed executed by VINCENT E. MORAN and
MARION P. MORAN, his wife, to SIMON JOHN MCPHERSON, MARTHA NUNN
and JOA,~ MCPHERSON BLANKENSHIP, bearing date the 20th day of
January A.D., 1972, recorded in Official Records Book 199, Page
1879, in the office-of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Luci~
County, State F~o~~~w, securing one certain note in the prin-
cipal sum of Thirteen Thousand and no/100 ($13,000.00) Dollars
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage
! deed, upon the property situate in said State and County as des- ~
; cribed in said mortgage, hereby acknowledge~full payment and ~

~ satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrender the ,

E same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit
