AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME the undersigned authority personally appeared, JAMES R.
MILLER, who first being duly sworn on oath deposes and says as follows:
1. That Affiant's name is JAMES R. MILLER and he has personal
knowledge of all facts stated herein.
2. That Affiant was not the same person as the defendent, known as
Mr. Miller, in the Final Judgement taken by Home Equipment Company of Ft.
Pierce, Inc., dated March ZI, 1958, recorded May 27, 1958 in Judgement
Book 4, Page 481 in the amount of ~18,58 in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
3. That your Affiant has never had any dealings with Home Equipment
Company of Ft. Pierce, Inc.
4. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to establish for the record
that JAMES R. MILIER is not the same person as the said defendent, Mr. Miller,
in the above-described judgement and to induce Citizens Federal Savings &
Loan Association of St. Lucie County to make and fund a mortgage loan to
your Affiant.
