RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR, Husband,
and
MARGARET LOUISE FOEHR, Wife.
ORDER .
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on April 21, 1978, upon
the motions for order of contempt of both parties, and the
Court having heard the evidence and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. That the Husband, RAYMOIv`D HOWARD FOEHR, is in arrears
ss of April 21, 1978, in the amount of $2,400.00, and that the
Wife, MARGARET LOUISE FOEHR, shall have and recover of and from
the Husband the sum of $2,400.00, for aZ2 of which let execution
issue.
2. That the Husband, RAYMOND HOWARD FOEHR, owes to
the Wife's attorney, R. N. KOBLEGARD, III, attorney's fees in the
amount of $950.00, together with Court costs of $32.50, as
previously ordered by this Court, and that said R. N. KOBLEGARD, III,
shall have and recover of and from the Husband, RAYN:OND HOtvARD FOEHR~
the sum of $950.00 attorney's fees and $32.50 Court costs, for all
of which let execution issue.
3. That the Husband, RAYtfOND NOWARD FOEHR, is tenporarily
unable to pay rehabilitative alimony to the Wife in the amount of
$80.00 per week as previously ordered by this Court, and he is ~
therefore hereby relieved of that responsibili~y until such time
as he is again gainfully employed, and receives his first paycheck.
4. That the Husband, RAY1~f0`D HOWARD FOEHR, shall forthwith
furnish a letter to the Court from his physician, Dr. Andrew
Grecn of S[uart, Florida, which letter s.:~311 set forth
