THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me on the 24th
day of April, 1978 upon defendant's Motion to Dismiss and the Court
having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the Motion to Dismiss of the defendant is granted.
2. The plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days within which
to amend his ComDlaint, from the date of this Order.
3. Defendant shall have twenty (20) days from the receipt of
the Amended Complaint to file its response.
