00" East, hereafter referred to as the Southerlg Boundary
Line, to the water's edge of the Indian River, thence
Northerly along the water's edge of the Indian River to a
point of intersection of a line parallel to and 150 feet
North 25° 15'00" West of the above-mentioned Southerly
Boundary Line with the water's edge of the Indian River.
