THIS INDENTURE, made this day of ~*y ~ A.D.,
1978~ BETWEEN Dwight L. Geiger and Mary Jane Geiger, his wife
hereinafter called the Mortgagors, and Betty J. Leffers and Mariele .
Leffers, herein-after called the Mortgagees,
WITNESSETH, That the said Mortgagors, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar to them in hand paid by the said Mortgagees,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. have granted, bargained
and sold to the said Mortgagees, their heirs and assigns, forever~
the following described land, situate, lying and being in the

and the said Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the title to said

FROVIDED ALWAYS, That i£ said Mortgagors, their heirs, legal
~ representatives or assigns~ shall pay unto the said Mortgagees,
their legal re~resentatives or assigns~ a.certain promissory note

interest at 8,75 per cent. from signed by

every the stipulations, agreements,-conditions and covenants of
~ said promissory note and of this mortgage and shall not permit,
~ commit or suffer any waste, impairment or deterioration of said
, land or the improvements thereon at any time, and shall keep in full
- force and effec~ appropriate insurance reasonably required to
~~.~~~_protect the full insurable value of the improvements on said lands
against loss by fire and shall duly pay.all taxes and all costs and
expenses including a reasonable attorney's fee, which said
mortgagees may incur in collecting money secured by. this mortgage,
and also in enforcing this mortgage by suit or otherwise, then this
T mortgage and the estate hereby created shall cease and be null and
~~k void. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagors hereunto set their
