This matter coming on to be heard on the Complaint for
Foreclosure f iled in this proceeding, this Court's Order
- Appointinq Receiver and granting Temporary Injunction, and
this hearing schedule pursuant to the Temporary Injunction
entered without notice.
~here being present before the Court representatives of
the Plaintiff, and representat~.ves of the Defendants having
stated to the Court they are tender;kng payment in full of the
indebtedness alleged to be due, includa.ng all costs accrued
to date, and the Plainti~~ having agreed to accept payment of
the indebtedness as tendered, and xt having been made to
appear that the receiver has not yet taken into possess~on
any of the assets as described in this Court's Order of April
21, 1978 and it appearing that the Temporary Injunction Bond .
in this proceeding should be discharged forthwith, it is
thezeupon upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJtJDGED that the receiver, EDGAR D. HQI,COMB,
JR., is hereby discharged without the requirement o~ fil~.ng
