PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

ALEX CARDENAS and SHIRLEY J. CARDENAS, his wife, the holders of
~ the mortgage executed by M.R. NELSON, as Trustee, to ALEX CARDENAS and
SHIRLEY J. CARDENAS, his wife, dated March 10, 1972, flled for record March
10, 1972, and recorded in Official Records Book, 200, page 1004, Public Records
of St. Lucfe County, Florida, in consideration of the sum of $152, 933. 00, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on thls t~ day of f~~~ . 1978,
release from the lien of that mortgage the real property in that county described as:
A parcel of land in Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St.
Lucie County, Flori.da, bounded on the south by a line parallel to and
7877.78 feet ~ortherly (measured at right angles) from the south line
of Section 27; on the north by a I~ne paraliel to and 8266.29 feet northerly
(as measured at right angles) from the south line of Section 27; on the
wesf-6y the waters of the indian River; and on the east by the waters of
the Atlantic Ocean;
AND
The North 120 feet, as measured along the center line of State Road
A-1-A, and extending from the Attantic Ocean to the Indian River of
the following described parcel of land:
