Nelson, hereinafter referred to as "Pardieck", and ALEX B. CARDENAS and SHIRLEY J. CARDENAS, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Cardenas", WITNESSETH WHEREAS, M. R. Nelson, as Trustee, executed and delivered a note in the original principal sum of $352,93Z.00, which note was secured by a certain purchase money second mortgage to Cardenas dated March 10, t972, and recorded~in Official ' Records Book 200, page 1004, Publlc Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumber- ing the following described real property, to-wit: ~ A parcel of land in Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucis County, Florida, bounded on the South by a line parallel to and 7489.27 feet northerfy (measured at right angles) fram the South line of Section ~7; on the North by a line parailei to and 7877.78 feet northerly (as measured at right angtes) from the South line of Section 27; on the West by the waters of the Indian River; and on the East by the water of ihe Atlantic Ocean. ~ ALSO a parcel of land in Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 41 ~ East, St. i..iucie County, Ftorida, bounded on tirie South by a iir~e , ~ parallel to and 7877.78 feet northerly (measured at right angles) ~ . from the South line of Section 27; on the North by a line parallei ; to and 8266.29 feet northerty (as measured at right angles) from the ~ . South line of Sectlon 27; on the West by the waters of the Indian ` River; and on the East by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. € a ~ ALSO the North 1/2 of a parcel of land in Section 22, Township 36 ~ South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, bounded on the South by a Ilne parallel to and 7100.76 feet northerly (measured ~ at right angles) from the South line of Section 27; on the North by ~ a line parailel to and 7489.27 feet northerly (as measured at right ~ angles) from the South iine of Section 27; on the West by the waters ~ of the Indian River; and on the East by the waters of the Atlantic ~ Ocea n; ~ ~ ~ ~ and ~ : WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the above-described purchase money second ~ mortgage, M. R. Nelson, as Trustee did pay to Cardenas on or about May 20, 1972, the _ sum of $75, 000. 00, thereby entitling M. R.
