THIS CAUSE came on to be heard, ex parte, after entry of Default
and upon submission and filing of Affidavits of Proof of Claim by Plaintiff and
Attorney's Fees by Plaintiff's counsel, and the Court having been otherwise advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: -
1. P]aintiff is awarded Judgment against Defendants, DAN ti~HALEN
and FRA~~CI"~E WHALEN, His ?~life, Jointly and Severally, and Defendants shall pay to
Plaintiff the sum of ~1,600.97, together with interest at the rate of 10.0~ from
Yovernber 16, 1977 to April 15, i978, together with.costs ir~curred in this action, to
date, in the sum of ~69.00, plus interest on the outstanding balance from April 15, ;
19;8, until paid in full.
2. Defendants shall pay to James J Butler, Attorney at Law,
Attor•ney for the Plaintiff, reasonable attorney's fees in th~ sum of '
far• representing Plaintiff in this action.
3. Execution shall issue forthwith as to all sums due.
